Md. Mosta Gausul Hoque

Md. Mosta Gausul Hoque, PMP is the Chairman at Petroleum Transmission Company Limited and a former Secretary to Government of Bangladesh. He was the former Principal Project Management Consultant under DIMAPP Project (World Bank) in CPTU, IMED, Ministry of Planning. He has over 27 years of experience in the public sector, leading several projects funded by the World Bank, and working on projects supported by the UNDP and the Government. Mr. Hoque has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2014 and has a wealth of experience in project management, public procurement, project monitoring, fund disbursement, and public financial management. He has been teaching Masters' level courses at top-notch universities such as IBA, University of Dhaka, BRAC University, North South University, BIGM, and Yamaguchi University, Japan. He is a master’s in economics from Yamaguchi University, an MBA from IBA- University of Dhaka and a post graduate diploma in Government Financial Management from Ulster University.
