Md. Mosta Gausul Hoque, a career civil servant, is the Principal Project Management Consultant for the World Bank-assisted DIMAPP project of the Government of Bangladesh's Ministry of Planning. As Project Director, he also supervised two World Bank-funded initiatives at the Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat and the Bangladesh Public Service Commission. Since 2014, he has been a Project Management Professional (PMP). He has over ten years of expertise in sharing project management knowledge in both the private and governmental sectors. As adjunct faculty, Mr. Hoque teaches Master's level Project Management courses at IBA-DU, IHE-DU, BIGM-DU, BIGD-Brac University, and MPPG- NSU. He also teaches a master's level public finance course at Yamaguchi University in Japan. Mr. Hoque earned a Masters of Economics degree from Yamaguchi University in Japan as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Government Financial Management from the University of Ulster in the United Kingdom. He also holds an MBA from IBA-Dhaka University as well as a B.Sc. Honours in Physics from Dhaka University.
