Sadia Sumaia Chowdhury is currently working as a Program Manager at ARCED Foundation. She has been in the quality and compliance monitoring sector for over 6 years. She has completed her bachelors in Economics and currently perusing Project Management Professional, PMP certification. She has coordinated many projects, assisted in tools preparation (online version), data error check to quality control, conducted and overseen enumerator training, assisted in report preparation. She manages and looks after the overall project finance and resource allocation of the project undertaken and coordinate the project activities. Some of the recent undertaken project she had coordinated were; Tracer Study to examine employment outcomes of B-SEP supported TVET Graduates, Micro- entrepreneurs and Apprentices, ILO, “Integrated Sustainable Development Program for Climate Vulnerable Ultra Poor Communities of Southern Bangladesh” (ISD Climb UP) of Islamic Relief Bangladesh, “Midterm evaluation of Uttoron Project” of Swisscontact, The Impact or Schooling Type on Student Achievement in Dhaka (Phase 2) by National University of Singapore, NUS and many more.
