B-SkillFUL project initiated with the aim to improve the well-being of 40,0000 poor and disadvantaged men (45%) and women (55%) by increasing their access to the labour market and enhancing their income, while safeguarding their fundamental rights at work. The phone survey part of the project was conducted to gather information on the training, household income, demographic status, current employment status, etc. of the selected beneficiaries
ARCED Foundation developed an online survey form design using SurveyCTO to conduct the phone interviews. ARCED also organized Extensive training sessions for the enumerators. The sample was randomly drawn and consisted of 293 respondents in two different shifts. ARCED was also responsible for preparing a report with the summaries of the findings.
