Sonia Akter has been working as Jr. Accounts Officer-Admin & Finance in Aureolin Research, Consultancy & Expertise Development (ARCED) Foundation for last 3 years, previously she worked as Data Entry Officer in this Organization for the past 1 years. Prior to that she worked with Akhtar Furniture Ltd as a Junior Executive, and with Dotsilicon limited as a customer relationship Officer (CRO). She completed her BBA major in Accounts. She is not only responsible for the finance team but also involved in monitoring the project accounts with 3 years of experience. She has an excellent understanding of the latest accounting and financial concepts. She possesses the ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements. She always provides the required level and guidance needed for the best practices. She is a highly motivated individual who loves learning new things and exploring new ideas. She has great multi-tasking capability as a result she is able to handle multiple tasks at a time by setting priority. She has worked on accounts related tasks for different projects funded by The World Bank, GAIN Bangladesh, Bangladesh Youth Enterprise Advice & Help Centre (B’Yeah), BDRCS, and other projects.
